With August fast approaching and pre-season training about to start it's time to start thinking about football again! In the break I have been attending league meetings and getting all player registrations ready for the new season. As you know, we are moving to the Herts Girls Football Partnership League and will be playing 11 a side this season. We are also being joined in the HGFPL by Roger and his Under 16 team as well as a new age group team at Under 11. The Under 12s and Fenton's Under 15 team will be staying in the Cambridge League and George's Under 17 team are joining the Essex League. As you know there is also a new Ladies team, which is joining the Beds and Herts League, so quite a change round.

This will mean less league games than we played last season, but there will be League Cup games and County Cup games as well. I'm sure we will be able to fit in some friendlies as well.
As you know we have a new Facebook page and it has been great to see you all commenting and posting on there. I've been really impressed with the amount of training everyone has been doing on their own and know that it will give us a real head start for the season.
